(valid from 01.01.2025)

1. Scope

These T&C apply to all orders placed via the online shop at www.avc-systems.com as well as orders placed by e-mail or phone with AVC-Systems AG. They apply to deliveries to business customers (B2B) and, in exceptional cases, to end customers (B2C) within Switzerland. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not accepted unless AVC-Systems AG has expressly agreed to them in writing.

2. Conclusion of Contract

1. Prices displayed in the online shop include statutory VAT for end customers. Business customers additionally see the net price excluding VAT.
2. Product presentations in the online shop are non-binding. Price and stock errors are reserved.
3. A purchase contract is only concluded upon our manual order confirmation, not upon the automatic order acknowledgment sent by the online shop.
4. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of price or stock errors.

3. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods: advance payment (bank transfer), credit card, Apple Pay, cash on collection.
For invoice customers (B2B only), the payment term is 10 days net.

4. Shipping & Collection

1. Within Switzerland, delivery is made via DHL Domestic Express, in exceptional cases via Swiss Post.
2. Shipping costs: free of charge for orders over CHF 1,000.–; otherwise a flat rate of CHF 16.50 applies.
3. Collection in Einsiedeln is possible free of charge at any time.
4. Delivery times are non-binding (“usually 2–5 working days”).
5. Partial deliveries are made only by agreement with the customer.

5. Transfer of Risk

The risk passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law for B2C customers.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of AVC-Systems AG until full payment has been received.

7. Warranty & Notification of Defects

1. For B2C customers, the statutory warranty period of 2 years applies.
2. For B2B customers, only the manufacturer’s warranty applies.
3. Used products are sold without warranty, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Obvious defects must be reported in writing within 5 days of receipt.

8. Returns

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Returns are only accepted by prior arrangement and in perfect condition in the original packaging.

9. Liability

AVC-Systems AG’s liability is limited – to the extent permitted by law – to intent and gross negligence. Statutory product liability remains unaffected.

10. Place of Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

Swiss law applies exclusively. For B2B customers, the place of jurisdiction is Einsiedeln. For B2C customers, the statutory place of jurisdiction applies.
