A New Benchmark for Sports & Live Events @ZSC Lions

With the opening of the Swiss Life Arena in Zurich-Altstetten, the ZSC Lions have set a new benchmark for sports and live event experiences. Commissioned by Bild + Ton AG, AVC-Systems AG delivered the complete video control room and graphics solution – from initial planning to final commissioning.
At the heart of the installation is the powerful XPression Tessera system, driving Europe’s largest LED cube as well as all LED boards with pixel-perfect precision. Combined with Ultrix routing, Mira Replay for live replays and game analysis, the Carbonite Ultra production switcher, and a custom-built Ross DashBoard interface, the result is a highly flexible and intuitive control room environment.
The Swiss Life Arena now offers not only a thrilling live atmosphere for ZSC Lions fans but also premium presentation opportunities for sponsors – as well as a versatile setup for concerts and international events at the highest standard.

Tailored Broadcast Infrastructure at the Leonardo Building @CH Media

As part of the “MOVE 2020” project, AVC-Systems AG acted as the general contractor to deliver a highly integrated broadcast infrastructure for CH Media – completed right on schedule for the 2022 launch despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The new production hub at the Leonardo Building in Zurich-Oerlikon connects two on-site studios with the regional studios in Aarau, Lucerne, Bern, and St. Gallen via IP links. Thanks to centralized control, studio automation, remote production capabilities, and a hybrid SDI/IP architecture, the system enables cost-efficient, future-proof production for TV, radio, and online platforms.
